Team Everest is a multimedia simulation based on an actual expedition in 1986 that brought the first North American woman to the summit of Mount Everest. Facilitated by InCourage, the story explores how conflicting priorities, information complexity and ambiguity, and of course, time pressure can affect team dynamics and the decision- making process. Before reaching the summit, you must create a shared vision, be clear on roles and responsibilities, separate facts and assumptions as a method to resolve conflict and properly manage risks.
