Over a million copies of The Fifth Discipline have been sold worldwide, and it was selected by the Harvard Business Review as one of the seminal management books of the past 75 years. Peter is a senior lecturer at the Sloan School at MIT, and the founding chair of the Society of Organizational Learning.
